Returned from Ireland yesterday (3/18-3/31)
3/26 Ran Connemara International Marathon (4:43 NOT a PR :()
Relaxed and enjoyed being out of NY City the rest of the time....
All of that thinking in complete solitude gave me lots of ideas....
one of them is journaling my life, especially my running.
So....here goes....
